Bartenders Only Service
This is our lowest priced service. If you have the location and already have a bar setup. This will be the package for you. We will provide the bartender or bartenders for your needs. This includes 4 hours of service not including setup or breakdown. That insures you and your guest get the full 4 hours. This also includes bartenders, tables, mixers, garnishers, ice, napkins, cups, straws etc...
Bartenders With Portable Bar Setup
If you need a bartender with a small bar setup. We will bring our bartender along with our portable folding bar to set up in a corner or a area of your choice. This includes 4 hours of service not including setup or breakdown. That insures you and your guest will get the full 4 hours. We will provide the bartenders, tables, ice, mixers, napkins, straws, cups and ETC.
Bartenders With Mobile Bar Setup
Here is the best set up for your event if you need the whole bartender service. This service provides the awesome mobile bar setup. It is great for outdoor weddings and events. This includes 4 hours of service not including setup or breakdown. That insures you and your guest a full 4 hours. Provides bartenders, ice, mixers, napkins, straws, cups and ETC.

Additional Information:
All packages include travel up to 50 miles round trip of 31794 zip code and $1.25 for each additional mile. We will have General Liability Insurance and bartenders are certified. Please keep in mind we will need flat ground and enough room to pull the truck and trailer through and will need room to turn around at each venue and location. We need access to a power outlet from 50 to 100 feet of mobile bar. If no access to a power outlet, a generator/battery can be provided for additional fee.

Please keep in mind the client is responsible for any venue or city permits. Clients will have to sign a contract and a waiver to be able to lock in your dates along with the payment. Rustic Roadhouse Mobile Bar's staff will Id and NOT provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. Rustic Roadhouse Mobile Bar's Staff will cut off or decline serving any guest that seems to have had consumed too much alcohol.
